  My contract expired even though I had been repeatedly told this was a routine end-of-year situation and that it would be renewed, so I shouldn’t worry. When the date arrived, I was abruptly removed from all internal groups without any notice, explanation, or professional courtesy of a conversation. Being cut off without communication showed a serious lack of transparency and respect for contractors. Communication throughout the contract was poor. My recruiter was frequently unavailable and failed to follow through on promised updates, leaving me without clear answers about my status or future with the team. Thanks JT! The environment itself felt extremely unbalanced. Contractors were expected to handle a full workload for relatively low compensation, while leadership often focused on micromanagement rather than providing meaningful day-to-day support or guidance. Expectations were high, but the support and communication needed to succeed were lacking. Overall, the experience highlighted major issues with transparency, contractor support, and accountability. Clear communication, realistic workload expectations, and consistent recruiter engagement would significantly improve the experience for future contractors.

  So far my experience has been totally amazing. From the moment they reached out the process was beyond professional they seem to really care to get great placement that match all parties. 10/10 ... would do again.
