I saw an item that I wanted to use in my classroom this upcoming school year. Though it wasn't available in the store, I was able to order it and have it sent to the store or my home. Very friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you download the STAPLES App though.

LaPorsha Williams mgr Was hateful and yelled across the store at me. My sister and I asked for chair, due to pain with standing. There was one fold out chair and the other chair was being used by the sales clerk, Ialiyah Haynes, very nice employee. Since I was told I could go behind the counter to see the emails of photos, I did, but I just couldn’t stand. So I went over to the large plastic storage containers and took one to sit on. That’s when all hell broke loose. LaPorsha Williams Came out of nowhere and yelled at me that I was not to sit on them put it back now I was too big and would break it. In her angry state I asked for a chair, I’m there spending over $50 and she yelled at me an instead of assisting. She told me the office chairs were at the back of the store. I asked for the manager and she yelled she was the manager. I could barely walk into your store, so there was no way to try and go get one. Ialiyah Haynes offered me her work chair. I was there for about an hour. I never saw the manager again. I would have paid for the container if I had damaged it. I am just trying to plan my mom’s funeral. So insulting and embarrassing and unprofessional to be treated that way. I was literally crying. Ialiyah Haynes Offered me paper towels to clean away my tears.

I can ALWAYS find what I need at Staples. The price for the quality is good. If they don't have it, you can easily order. I have recently purchased 3 large banners and one poster, with frame. Very happy with all of these. Also a new HP Printer that was on sale for a great price.
