- DDDr. Grace DavisJun 13, 20241.0Mary, and fellow staff members have to do the right things. The staff never offered a signature for my package that was lost in the mail. Went to post office ask for a refund in person they told me I had to do online. The package was lost less than (30) days ago. I am filing a claim over the phone because they did something with the tracking number on my receipt to not refund me the value amount for my package. I am awaiting a call back from the post office out of town now. Will keep people updated on lost packages at this particular location.

I am sure her co-workers are wondering why she is still employed. She provide some of the worst customer service I have experienced. This is the USPS in North Little Rock on JFK.
