  I used to love going to this specific UPS store but the dynamics have changed. They are not friendly. The new lady (I think the manager) is flat out rude and it has made me do a course correction to different locations and/or fed ex. They no longer seem to have the employees that were engaging and made even waiting in line a good experience. I very much enjoyed seeing Brandi who was always so helpful and funny and Aimee, who was also helpful. The two of them were great.

  Since my review didn't post yesterday for some reason, or was deleted somehow, I have to edit changing all of the "today's" into "yesterday's", I had been here before, an older lady who I had the impression was manager who did a nice job on legal documents, so I had the impression this was a good copy shop to do business with, yesterday around 4:30 pm I went in for 3 copies of one document, on a flash drive, and other copies in hand, I informed her that there are 3 text files, but if for some reason she can't get them to fit on a page, I also had an image file, jpg that I wanted to be used instead. The lady came back with the font size blown up, to make a one page document into a page and a half, the font size I have on the text files is 12, standard size for legal work. She is changing the font sizes to make more pages. She tried to force me to pay for 6 pages that were unusable, before she would print it correctly and then charge me a 3rd time, I said "no", she immediately slammed my usb down on the desk and ordered me to get out. She claims I didn't tell her I wanted the one page document, all to be on the same page, which is a lie, I told her as she was taking it to the back, to print it, that was the purpose for the image file, if she couldn't do it correctly from the text files, to use the image file. I asked for her name and who the manager is, she claimed that she is the manager. So now I have to find out who she is and who is above her, to file a complaint, because if she is a manager, she certainly shouldn't be.

  It was busy when I walked in to the ups store. I managed my returns and then asked for help with printing from an email sent. Only 2 people helped me, Toby and Ross. There was a woman picking up her mail and she waited 5 minutes. The only 2 people helping anyone was Ross and Toby. I give them 5 stars.

  This review is only for the location of this store. It is in the worst possible place to put any store. If you are coming from Little Rock, or north at all, you can either take the exit that will shoot you out literally directly across the street from the entrance to the store that you will not be able to make because of all of the lunatic traffic morons that will not let you over to get into the parking lot. You will have to go down at least one or two extra exits to be able to loop back around and go up this ridiculous one-way access road next to the freeway, so that you can turn into the parking lot without getting t-boned. I hate going to this store because of it. It takes forever to get there and it almost always entails someone almost ramming me every time.
