I have never had a single good experience at this location. Even when I just needed something printed, they can't seem to figure out how to operate a printer. I felt like I was trapped in a second rate sitcom. Baffling.

Waited for her to come back from the back after 10 minutes, she was hoping I would leave, after I asked the guy if he was packaging them or she was. Like girl, CUSTOMER SERVICE goes far, I’ve been in it for 20 years. I would never treat someone the way you treated me. I wanted pictures to reassure my returns weren’t packaged together or anything left out because if they would have been I would’ve lost out on my money. Update: ms attitude covered up my return label with a blank label and had this returned to my home address. I guess to have the last laugh. FedEx didn’t find it to be funny when I contacted them. Had the route (523) wrote all over the box, then went back and tried to mark it out and write “not 523”. Do better next time!! All you did was delay my return. But FedEx doesn’t have the same sense of humor or attitude you had about the whole situation.
