- BBBatznblkcatzSep 17, 20255.0I don't know how this office gets any bad reviews except they are older reviews and maybe they had an employee that wasn't customer friendly. 2xs n the past 4 years I've had to go up looking for a package (Temu addict here) and the front desk immediately called the manager, I would go to the back room and he would look up via satellite to see where my package was. They didn't dismiss me as being impatient, they fixed the issue and I haven't missed any package since. Always polite. The fact that I came in both times right after work looking ragged impressed me as well. I still received friendly service and I appreciated that most of all. Btw my mail person is terrific. Never hesitates to smile and wave.
