- VLVictoria Lindsey1 day ago1.0Literally the worst post office out of all the post offices. I went in, with a printed email I received from the post office that had a barcode on it, she then proceeded to tell me “we don’t do that” “we don’t do change of addresses, you just have to let everyone know who sends you mail your new address” so anyway after arguing with this lady for a good 5 minutes I left went to Cabot post office and was helped right away with exactly what I needed. The lady at the Maumelle post office just didn’t want to do her job, and if I could give zero stars I would.

- IMIzaak MontoyaFeb 5, 20261.0My package has been showing that it’s in Maumelle since 4 am the day before I was SUPPOSED to get it. Waited all day the day of and then shortly before they closed it changed to tomorrow. And they don’t allow you to pick up the package at their facility.
