I needed to have a notary done and it was hard because I lost a loved one and they saw my grief and were so caring thank you for all of yall at this store who helped I will never forget this.

Instead of simply saying we’re closed one of the female workers put me on hold then proceeded to hang up after it became 6:01pm. I was not aware of the closing time. After calling back TWICE another RUDE and very ill representative answered and informed me “TECHNICALLY WE CLOSED THATS WHY SHE HUNG UP!” Then he hung up. UPS will never have to worry about me getting a piece of paper delivered to or through them ever again! It may just be this location, however….neither one could represent my business! HIRE BETTER AT THE RODNEY PARHAM location!!!!!
