She was rude and her subordinates complained and were careless in the execution of their duties except for Elizabeth who understands what customer service should look like. The unpleasant manager and employees turned what should have been a pleasant task into an unpleasant one. They reflect poorly on the company and I will be extremely hesitant to do business with UPS in the future.

The process is incredibly fast: I just show the QR code on my phone, they scan it, print the label, and take the package. The staff is super efficient and friendly, turning what could be an annoying chore into a two-minute task. Highly recommend!"
