  Michael was extremely helpful and accommodating with all of our questions. We surely appreciated it because without him we probably would have made a lot of mistakes. He saved us time and money with this transaction and even turned our day around, leaving us smiling from ear to ear!!!!

  I chose this particular UPS location because of its high reviews, and I now understand why it is so highly rated - fantastic customer service. I specifically go to UPS because they have the service where they take your items and pack them for you in one of their boxes. Keghan did just that, at my request carefully cutting and creating a cardboard “envelope” to protect a rigid poster I didn’t want bent in transit. He even went above and beyond my suggestion and added bubble wrap to another one of the items to protect it, all while engaging in friendly conversation. Nia warmly thanked me for my business as I was leaving. I think she was the manager. I believe things trickle down from the top, and it showed. I also want to give a shout out to the owner, who I noticed responds to reviews. Again, things trickle down from the top. My recipient received her package yesterday, and everything was in perfect condition. She was delighted with the contents! Customer service distinguishes great companies from ordinary ones, and this one has it in spades. Thank you, Keghan and Nia - you are both great assets to UPS and to this location in particular.
