  Absolutely worst delivery service and installation provider. They do not deliver the service and or complete any installations. They will tell you they are coming and then do not show up. And then tell you they didn't deliver because you were not home. Had to reach out to them multiple times in order to let them know that is a lie. The company continues to lie while they still do not provide any service that's been paid for. Zero stars for theft.

  TERRIBLE!! I was supposed to have my washer delivered on Monday, took off of work, received a message 15 minutes before the delivery window they cancelled because there truck broke down. Rescheduled for Thursday, I received a call on Wednesday saying they overbooked and needed to reschedule, I said this is now the second time I’ve had to take off of work to have it rescheduled they assured me that they sent out a message saying it wouldn’t be cancelled and that someone would reach out to me on Thursday to let me know they were coming. Thursday morning I track my delivery , it had been cancelled. They still haven’t made it right. Now I have had to reschedule for next week and hope they will actually deliver. They have done nothing to rectify the situation. Now I have missed work 2 times and will have to go to the laundry mat to wash my scrubs and kids clothes, there has been so much money lost and time waisted waiting on them to only be cancelled. If you can have a different company do your delivery i absolutely would!!!!

  Copied from my Yelp review: I had an order scheduled for a specific day, and had it scheduled with them for that specific day for a few weeks at the point of this writing. RXO cancelled my delivery date the day prior to its scheduled delivery. They failed to notify me by call, text, or email, in spite of their automated notification system. I only found out when I called later in the evening to figure out their delivery window - this was answered by their automated AI operator with simulated keyboard clicks, who informed me my order was not scheduled. Every attempt to contact the local office in Little Rock lead to me being connected with AI bots and Indians. Each of them stated that there is no way to contact the local branch, and that communication would only be through email. They also state nothing can be done to get it delivered on my intended delivery date, which was chosen specifically because it would be the only day I have availability. I want nothing to do with this company moving forward. Edit 1: One of the RXO international employees (likely from India) told me that they can schedule it for a delivery date closer to my original scheduled date. On a follow-up call with another international employee (also likely from India), the employee contradicted the earlier mentioned employee, they cannot deliver it by that delivery date, it would have to be later. When she was looking further into this and put me on hold, she hung up on me. Hire Americans. Edit 2: Got into contact with another international employee (once again, likely from India) who told me that they could contact the local branch in Little Rock, but failed to establish a connection after 2 call attempts. She resorted to send them an email concerning the earlier and more-desired delivery date. Why not just give customers a local number with local employees to talk to. Edit 3: They have once again taken my order off of the schedule. They do it right as the business closes as well so that once I call I cannot dispute the matter. Calling them to talk it out once again led to me talking to the AI bot with simulated clicks before connecting with yet another international employee (Indian). Apparently they over-scheduled and don't have the vehicle capacity for my order. What, a professional shipping business is unaware of the volume of their cargo trucks? Asinine. The lady ensures they can deliver it on the next available delivery day, but given they couldn't the first 2 times, am I expected to believe them now? Also I sent an email as Bryan (on Yelp) requested. Over 24 hours later, still no response.

  Where shall I start. Purchased 3/10/16 and first available delivery date was 3 days later but I pushed it to 3/14/26. Delivery crew were kind and courteous. Didn’t test the washer that day. A few days later I ran a load of laundry and water leaking from the bottom. Contacted LG 3/17 and they said 3/20 was the first availability for an installation repair. RXO sent a schedule showing 3/21 as the first available day. Because I have a job, I chose that Saturday 3/21 because that was most convenient. I got the window schedule of 7:30am-11:30am. I went to work because I work 15 minutes from home and they are supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The delivery person called at 8:11am saying the car find my apartment. EXCUSE ME!!!!! Why are you at my home and you didn’t call to say you were on the way? I tell him I wasn’t at home and I was finishing up something and it would take about 20 minutes to get there. I leave work only to get home and see where they said my appointment could not be completed because I wasn’t home. REALLY!!!! I spent the entire day from 9:00am until 1:30pm reaching out to LG and RXO’s customer resolution team only for the crew and their management team to ignore all requests for them to reach out or to return and complete the visit. Let me go back and add a few extra details. I called and texted the crew member’s phone number and got no response. The crew member mentioned that they had had some cancellations when I asked why they didn’t call me before now and he also mentioned the previous service was 10 minutes from me. Which is still no excuse for them not calling 30 minutes prior. Also let me add that when I contacted RXOo initially they were only 8 miles from my home, but no one dispatched them back out. I almost forgot when someone, not even the crew’s’ manager, finally responded to the multiple requests, they offered to reschedule for Tuesday 3/24. Had they returned I wouldn’t have had to leave this not so nice review. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! The only positive thing I have is that the customer resolution lady appeared to be really trying to resolve my issue.
