- ONonyxbright nonameOct 1, 20265.0I received text all the way from purchase to delivery and i got a call about 30 mins from drop off and i was able to let them know where i wanted it delivered and they did just that. These gentlemen even asked if there was anything eles i needed a hand with and left me a cord and water hoses. Can't say enough good, wish I caught his name to give a personal shout out
- SKScott KadienSep 21, 20261.0Ordered a tv from Samsung and paid for installation. The people from RXO lied and said the needed brackets were not included in the package; they were. When this was pointed out they were rude and refused to install the tv. When I contacted the "installer" directly he hung-up on me. It's now almost a week later and RXO still hasn't performed the installation. Avoid this company at all costs. They apparently hire punks and do not prioritize customer service.
