- MMMathewOct 3, 20265.0I was very stressed when I got to FedEx after dealing with an Amazon seller while trying to return an item I could not use. The attendant got a grasp as to what I was dealing with to get the package returned and went above and beyond to make sure I left the center with a satisfied smile on my face. Thanks FedEx for assuring my 3 weeks of stress of returning the item stress free. I had reached my ultimate stress level by the time I got to your FedEx attendant. She was amazing.

- SPSteven PriceSep 15, 20261.0Be aware the drivers for the 12th street area do not knock or ring the door bell when attempting to get a signature. I wasted 2 vacation days waiting on my package. On day 2, I was waiting, checking the window like a crackhead all day. Then i see a fedex truck pulling out of my neighborhood, I open the door and find a door tag....NO KNOCK AGAIN!!!!!! I received 2 door tags with nothing written just a blank door tag, no knock or ring! Boo this driver..... BOOOOOO! 👎👎

A package was delivered on the 28th of August and it was not the items I had shipped. Didn't receive any sympathy or regrets. As a matter of fact, it was insinuated that someone tampered with it but not FedEx. Well who then? It was in their possession. I will not be using FedEx. Did not receive any compassion for the lost items or the inconvenience. Customer service is not their strength and neither is their service.
