The absolute worst post office in the country. They told me I could install a mailbox at my house. So I had onecall come out and mark it, bought the mailbox, and the day im about to install i am told I can't put it on my side of the road. Said it's out of drivers route, yet they deliver to my side 3 places down, and she drives right by my place on way back to post office. Forced me to rent a post office box. Lied to my dad who lives with me, told him if he got one they wouldn't link it to my address, well I'm constantly getting his mail in mine and mine in his. So now they get paid for 2 boxes and get to pick and choose which one they use. There is a rule that if you can't get mail at your house they must provide a box at no charge, they will not honor that even though it's set by the Post Master General. every day my mail will show delivered according to tracking, I get to post office, and it's not delivered yet. The excuse is that Little Rock updates the tracking. 🙄 When asked how long I have to wait to report a package lost, they tell me I can't report it until it's delivered!? Like WTH, that makes no sense. 8hr day is too much for these people, they don't open until 8, close for an hour during lunch, and then close at 3. Makes it real fun for people who put in a full day's work, trying to rush to make it before they leave for break or close for the day. If you get there a couple mins before the close, don't expect to get help, they have already shut down and are just waiting for clock to strike closing time.

The lady mail carrier that delivers to Wesson Rd is not nice, friendly and/or just doesn't care or completely incompetent! I was out of town sick for 7 days and couldn't check my mail and all my mail was "returned to sender" due to, "she thought I no longer resided at my address!" So I installed a huge , expensive lock type mailbox so it would hold lots of mail and no one can see whether I've checked it or not, but now she apparently refuses to deliver my packages(I waited at home two days waiting for her delivery), because my front gate is locked. I then requested by phone for them to be redelivered and asked for her to please honk at gate so I can go out and meet her. I waited half the day and still no packages! I was told I had to go 20miles round trip to pick them up! Years ago, the postmaster informed me that as long as the carrier had a weed/shrub free, and safe driveway entrance up to my gate, that she could pull in there and honk to let me know about my package deliveries. But this carrier won't do this! I've even waved at her by the side of the road occasionally and she will not even glance my way! Why is it, that after the "postal probation" period after hiring, that workers begin slacking on their government job?!? This world is so full of inconsiderate people...it's so sad that this behavior is so close to home.
