  The black lady working the front counter was incredibly rude throughout the entire experience and has the mouth of a sailor. I hope I never have to deal with her again

  This is the worst place ever!! Sent a package for work to other work location and it has not been delivered. Was to be over night and its going on 5 days! Called and they said I could pick it up at the location given, got there and they said it was on a truck and I could pick it up the next day, gave me the phone number to that office so I could call before hand. Come said next day, call number, nobody answers the phone!! Keep calling still no answer. Called the 800 number said it is at the location AGAIN, tried to get a another number to call to make sure and they hung up on me. So I guess someone got two free iPhone and an iPad. Once again this was for a business. Do better FedEx!!

  I have had the pleasure of having Michael as my fedex delivery driver out of Jonesboro for the past few months delivering out in rural Independence County. He has been so kind and courteous. I haven't had toworryvabout my packages going to the wrong place, being damaged or left in the weather since he has been assigned to my area. I'm so sad he will not longer be in my area, but wherever his next job will be, they are so lucky! I will miss my fedex guy Michael for sure!

  Rude been trying to get packaged delivered for 2 weeks. The driver refuses to deliver it and when I called with out a tracking number, which I have not need during these two weeks due to them reaching out to me, the employee proceeds to yell and hangs up when I asked for a manager. If this is how jonesboro runs their hub maybe fedex should move somewhere else.
