- APAngela PowellAug 22, 20261.0I would give a 0 stars if I could. 1st there are virtually no window hours!! Then with only 5 people in front of me it took almost 35 minutes for me to get to the window. She was super nice to all her regular people she knew. But when it got to the lady in front of me, WOW did it change!!! NASTY rude, like mean! Didn't explain the problem, be littled her, made her so embarrassed. I felt bad for her. Then I walked up to sed a package over seas for a military person. And she pushed the package back and said nope it wont work, I will not send it. I asked what the problem was, since I send packages a lot. She just said to small and refused any helpful solution. Told me to go somewhere else, she would not help me. And she walked away. When I told her she was rude to the lady before me and rude to me. I will be filing a formal complate with the PO too. There is no reason to keep a building open for 4 hrs a day in such a large metroplex.
