Was informed that that they don't offer packing services on the weekends because they are short staffed and that they didn't have a notary on duty. There was two staff and one other customer in the store. I would normally forget such things and move on but the man behind the counter seemed almost delighted to turn us away that day - something which is counter to the service we usually see from UPS stores in other cities we've visited.
