  The man that does production doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Attitude is the worst. I submitted a order online the night before. Had many issues with their site. Was given a time to pick up. Called the next morning just to get an idea possible eta so I could coordinate my errands accordingly. When he answered the phone he was smug and I wasn't sure what to make of it. Brushed it off as stress. Went and took care of my business and got to the store 10 minutes before my time I was told it would be ready. Went in and was greeted by a nice young lady. She looked up my order and said she had to ask. The manager came over and looked at it and said it's not ready. I said it stated 2pm. He said it's not 2 yet. I said ok do you know when it will be ready. He said when it's ready. Now if that's not customer service I don't know what is.

  They cant find my address. I have had no issues with Amazon shipments, yet they cant get it to me. I tried to call and cant get a person
