- JMJustice McCurrySep 20, 20241.0The lady is always super rude and acts like your an inconvenience. And makes comments that are not necessary to make customers feel like they are asking stupid questions, comments, or concerns and not being heard, yet again an inconvenience. I have spoke with other residents and they say the same thing. Some of them even refuse to go there because of how bad the service is. Meaning they have to drive at least an extra 20 minutes just to send off a package. And hours are horrible, especially to be closed for an hour of that time.

To me that since we have lived at this address in holiday island,ar a credit card sent 3 times never made it here until they sent it fed ex, and anything that looks like a birthday card etc that might have money in it , isceither opened or we never get it hmmm we have complained about this before but to no avail no answer and no change, is everybody a crook now dam!!!

- GPGranny K PotterJul 6, 20221.0They skipped over Eureka Springs and took addresses of people to get post office for Holiday Island. They are only open from 9:00 - 11:30 and 12:30 to 3:30, closed on Saturday. I have had to take off work for 2 hours to get a package several times. They told me they would not just send back packages, but they do. I received one attempt to deliver notice on June 17th. The first time I was able to get to that post office was on June 27th. I was 5 minutes late due to traffic in Eureka Springs. They were there just would not unlock and give me my package. They returned my package the next day without a second notice. I have to drive right through Eureka Springs with a perfectly good postoffice that has regular hours to go to Holiday Island.
