- FFFaith FaithMay 27, 20265.0They were busy today when I went in, but the man behind the desk handled the situation amazingly. He was very nice, and even though he was busy, he still took the time to be kind. I went in around 10:00 A.M. That man definitely deserves a raise!
- TAtammy akersMay 18, 20191.0My mail is always late....my mailman is rude... my mail was not delivered because my circle drive was blocked off due to people leaving huge ruts in my yard. I live on a dead end street with several places to turn around. Instead of asking why it was blocked, my mailman (Jesse)decided to hold my mail. I wasn't aware that I had to let him use my circle drive in order to get my mail. Don't they usually turn around (use reverse) in other situations when a circle drive isn't available. Who gives him the right to hold my mail without notifying me. I had time sensitive mail that was delayed because he chose not to turn around because my circle drive was blocked. REALLY???? Poor customer service is not acceptable when customer service is in the job description. One star is too many for my carrier. .
- HBHolly BaileyMar 6, 20171.0(Commence Clark Griswold Epic Fit from Christmas Vacation) My package was not delivered on 3/4 as originally scheduled; I still have not received an explanation for this. I checked my mailbox today and there were letters inside but no 'attempt to deliver' note since the package requires a signature. It's a good thing I was able to check the tracking number online or otherwise I would not have known the recepticle was allegedly blocked. Yes, the tracking results indicated "recepticle was blocked" so it was undeliverable and I have to reschedule the delivery. If the recepticle was blocked, how were they able to deliver the rest of the mail? Was it too much to come to my front door to get a signature because a precedent was set when it was done in the past. Of course the building is closed now and I have to work everyday so I can't just be-bop into the post office whenever I feel like it to pick up my own package that I paid for to be delivered last Saturday. This is a huge inconvenience to say the least. Is it any wonder that post offices are closing around the country? If this ends well, I will update and give all due credit. (End Fit)
