The lady with the braids at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. She was very upset at my for trying to write an address at the front desk when she could have just asked me to move. Then she got into a screaming match with the sweet young woman in front of me over what seemed like a simple question. It was uncomfortable to witness and not how anyone should be treated. Customer service should be respectful, even when answering questions. I hope management addresses this because it creates a very unwelcoming environment.

By far the absolute worse experience I’ve ever experienced at a USPS by far the women Deja absolutely hates her job and it shows due to fact from her attitude as she throws all of my packages cause she’s upset she had to do her job. Very rude and I hope this gets worked out.

Absolutely enraged!!! My package gets delivered to the wrong place, HANDED to the wrong person according to what the tracking says. Yes, mistakes are made, I'm aware of that. This whole misplaced packages ordeal started 2026 for some reason for me. I do what is required of me in the hopes they can fix their mistakes, but nothing is done. I get ONE phone call saying they were going to try to attempt to retrieve and WOULD CALL BACK that day with the results. Dead silence....No calls. No emails. Nothing. I try reaching out and they're too busy to pick up the phone. I get it. I wait too long I guess and now it's not in their system....WHAT?! My only option now is to put in a missing mail ticket for their mistakes, knowing it ain't coming back to me. Like, lady you could've just called me and told me you failed to retrieve it and the people it was delivered too isn't going to return my package. A RESPONSE is all I'm asking for. Yes, I'd still be mad at the mistake because it's happened to me so often this year, but I'd appreciate being told the bad news instead of being forgotten...
