- ALAlonein LostAug 19, 20261.0I have ordered 3 packages that have been send out through this place, all 3 of them have not made it to my house. Every time it says “vacant house” (3 cars in the driveway) or “held at post office at customers request” when I NEVER requested that, and I go to request a re-delivery and they denied the re-delivery request. You don’t answer the phone, like ever. And your workers attitude in person is rude and forced This place needs a massive overhaul when it comes to its workers and managers.

Tried calling their local phone number, it rings for a while, I’m thinking, “there should be some sort of voicemail system at some point if no one is going to answer, right?”. Wrong, someone finally picked up and hung up the phone to stop it from ringing. Class act
- BGBailey GriggsJul 3, 20261.0This location does not have the staffing and support it needs. They are consistently busy with lines regularly out the door, and will hardly ever answer the phone. I also have had a really frustrating experience with getting my mail delivered to my new address. They’ve delayed all deliveries past the standard 10 business days and have now started holding my packages “at customer request” with no option to redeliver them. I did not request that my packages should be held, and am now forced to go in person and wait 20-30 minutes in line to pick things up.
