  I came in to drop off a simple return with a prepaid label. The employee at the front desk immediately told me to use the self-service kiosk, even though the kiosk was occupied and there wasn’t anyone else waiting for assistance. Since all I needed was a quick scan, I asked if he could help instead. He did process the return, but then told me, “For future reference, you can wait in line.” I found that response odd. If customers are expected to wait for assistance rather than use the kiosk, then directing them to an occupied kiosk in the first place doesn’t make much sense. The interaction wasn’t rude, but it wasn’t particularly helpful or customer-focused either.

  Just unhelpful and rude employees. Had too carry in packages and no one was considerate to help open the door, I had to balance the package and almost broke the window.

  Had a package that wasn’t mine dropped at our house. Took it to this store so they could get it to the rightful owner. The kid at the counter told me that I have to take it back home and call UPS to come pick it up. I refused and left the package there. He said that the package was going in the dumpster. I called customer service to see if that is their policy. It is not. Terrible customer service at this store!

  They could not find the email I sent them to have printed, and then they discovered that they had deleted it.It was five hours old. At first, they insisted, I put the wrong email till I showed them, I sent it twice. There was no sense of urgency.And I really didn't feel, as they cared for their customers whatsoever it was just a job. I would drive the extra distance to find a good UPS store.
