At first, they insisted, I put the wrong email till I showed them, I sent it twice. There was no sense of urgency.And I really didn't feel, as they cared for their customers whatsoever it was just a job. I would drive the extra distance to find a good UPS store.

He explained what size boxes should be used and how he would pack them, which gave me confidence in the shipment arriving safely. I was impressed with his knowledge off the top of his head. He also walked me through different options for making sure it made it there in time, guaranteed. Mason didn’t help me with my shipment directly, but he was conversational which made my visit enjoyable. They also helped me right at close but didn’t make me feel rushed or unwelcome.
