  The lil lady behind the counter, who clearly looked a bit overwhelmed, was so sweet and kind to My hubby and I. She was fast, efficient, helpful and so kind. I feel like someone needed to call her out on her Great customer service.

  The absolute worst in customer service Went at 315 on May 8th. The African American man working there was extremely rude to customers. It was so bad that I could not watch it anymore and left. I will never be back!!! He is very bad for business! Horrible customer service! He needs to be fired immediately!

  The line was long. But they move pretty quickly. And one of the workers saw that I had a Amazon bag for a return, came over, and helped me use the self serve scan, and drop box that I was standing right beside and didn't notice.

  Had to call their boss to see if a package that I was sending was acceptable. The boss said to reject it and sent me away. According to the UPS website, the package should be able to be sent from any UPS location. I was able to send it from another UPS store giving them the exact same information that I gave these folks. I do not plan on returning here.

  Was in today with a 6yo special needs girl, who was touching a machine. Not hurting it, just touching. Instead of asking me for help (the 3 large boxes I was holding) they chose to worry about what she may break. Was never asked if they could take my boxes. She's autistic, and curious, not violent or destructive. Had a heated conversation with the person who claimed to be the manager, but couldn't provide me with a business card and claimed the owner was out of town. Not only was it insulting and discriminatory but rude..
