- SBSon of A Gun BANGJan 8, 20242.0I stopped in asking simply if all offices required an appointment for passport processing. The counter lady was very nice. She says "Let me ask the guy that will know". She comes back shortly and says "Oh, he is on the phone, just a few minutes". A few minutes turned into 25. The "Guy that knew" was still on the phone talking and laughing and ha ha ha with whatever buddy he called. I could hear it all. It was not a business related call. Finally, i told the counter lady "I can't wait anymore, i have my family waiting in the car". She felt really bad, but it was NOT her fault.
