I hate it had to give them 1 star. The one guy in there that talks 100 mph he just knows everything. Don't ask him a question cause he will smile n sparkle at you like your an idiot cause your trying to figure out the best way to send your package. No customer service skills at all. I ask him can he slow down n not talk so fast so I can understand him. He gets mad as hell n now my packages come up missing one lady told me when she got her package it smelled like urine. He's retaliating against me. Now I dropped a package off the other night n it's just disappeared.

Out dated needs to be privatized. Refused to deliver a package that has to be signed for because it didn’t have a physical address. It was to a business on Main Street, but refused to deliver it even if it had a valid address and had to be signed for still refuse because it didn’t have a PO Boxneeds to be completely dissolved too much government oversight and regulations needs to be like UPS and FedEx that will actually deliver to a physical address.

Like all post offices and DMVs that I have been to, their customer service is abysmal! Why is it that places like this scrap on common human decency? Whenever possible, I avoid them and head to a shipping office, Fed Express, or UPS! I would give it a negative score if possible!

Extremely lazy postal workers especially the ones who deliver the mail who can not get out of their vehicle to put it in the box so they say the box was blocked when it wasn't. Poor service
