When they entered the store, there were a few people in line and they were in a little bit of a hurry. As soon as they looked over at the express drop off scanner, an employee, Pancho, motioned for them to go to the check out. He helped them and they were on their way. All in all they spent less than 5 minutes inside, all thanks to Pancho. Keep up the great work!
- GGGraceJun 17, 20262.0Slow service and not efficient. Standing in a 10 minute line with a pre packaged and pre labeled envelope is ridiculous. When there is no one to operate the scan and go kiosk, then you must wait in line for an employee. Even if you don’t need a revisit You are not allowed to scan your own label. Or leave the package in a designated area
