  So sad to give this review. I worked for FedEx myself as a courier for years. Customer Service has gone down the drain. I came to ask about my son’s package and the alert that I received when I tracked it. I was simply handed a card and told to call Customer Service and then come back if they asked for information that I didn’t have. I asked if we could call together if I was going to have to come back, instead of leaving and having to find time to come back and the girl told me that there isn’t anything that she can do to help me. I’m just at a loss for the lack of care and wanting to help someone. I was even wanting to move my business shipping to FedEx, but this has confirmed that I need to stay away. I do not want any of my customers to have this type of experience. I hate having to give this review.

  I cannot say enough great things about Janeth and Randy! I needed a large poster printed on a rush basis, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. They were professional, attentive to detail, and made sure the final product looked amazing. The print quality was excellent and the turnaround was incredibly fast. In a world where customer service can feel like an afterthought, these two are the gold standard. FedEx is lucky to have them. Highly recommend!

  We use this all the time when needed. Staff is always friendly and cordial and helpful. Don't fear long lines because they go very very quickly. He also offer printing services which I found amazing. I'll be visiting them and that coming shortly.

  Took a difficult-to-pack lamp in for packaging. FedEX rep Chris did a quick, but professional job of packing up my lamp. Thanks Chris!

  Terrible customer service - needed something printed for a doctor’s appointment.. 2 pages. There was ONE working self-service printer inside - waited over 10 minutes. The person in front of me jammed the machine … she did not ask for help. I did and I had a retrieval code ready. The FedEx girl says I will help you with no charge - a guy with WiFi troubles - but for you (points to me), it will be a $2.50 upcharge??? What in the world. I left. Will not bring my business back to this location. This particular employee is consistently sharp/irritated to me every time I go in there.
