- AAAMar 17, 20263.0This is a half and half on rating. One half is the staff at the desk are awesome and very friendly, very knowledgeable and thr lady that answets their phone ....OMG awesome. The othe half are who ever they hire to distribute mail to mail boxes, do not care. Countless times myself and my neighbors have had to rip or destroy packaging to get our mail out of the small mail slots. Countless times my neighbors and I have received packages that were opened and I mean completely ripped open. I've called and told them and it continues to happen every once in awhile. I've even had things missing. THIS WILL BE THE 5TH time I've gone to get something out of my mail box and had to put my foot on the outside and pull to get things out. This time was a very expensive bottle of perfume, the atomizer that sprays was busted off!!
