She puts the key to the package box in the box with the package and I have to call the post office,(which he is never available to speak to) and I get women that say they can’t help me and he will be back shortly and he never calls back. The level of incompetence at this office is flabbergasting. Someone should investigate and make sure they even have the intelligence to run an important office like this. This is not dumb and dumber. It’s a government office and people need their mail. I always said Batesville is like “the hills have eyes” movie. lol they are just uneducated and incompetent! 😂🤣

Packages never arrive when they should and even if a package shows to be arrived at the facility they won't bother taking the time out of their day to look for your package! They even gave me a number to call to check and see if my packages were ready to be picked up, but when I called it stated that the number has been disconnected. I honestly hope that they figure out what is wrong with there employees and fix this problem as it has become out of hand the past couple of years! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!
