Holds on our mail work as they should. can’t speak to the carriers everyone else complains about, but our carrier at Southside is just the best - always brings our packages to the back porch, no problem with pickups. The “substitute” carriers are not great though. Perhaps if folks would endeavor to have a “relationship” with their carrier and the counter workers, they’d have a better experience. Generally you get back what you put out.
