- IIiiamm.kelliyaaaAug 11, 20261.0I recently visited this post office, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. One of the employees was very rude and threw the tape down on the counter because we didn’t know that we were supposed to tape our own return labels onto the boxes. There was no explanation beforehand, so I’m not sure how we were expected to know. What made the situation worse was her saying, “If they can’t afford it, I’ll take care of it,” after throwing the tape down and then informing us that we had to pay for it. The $3 charge wasn’t the issue for me—I could pay it. The issue was the unnecessary attitude and disrespectful way the situation was handled. Not everyone knows every policy or procedure when they walk into a post office, and employees should be willing to explain things without making customers feel embarrassed or talked down to. There is a professional way to communicate with customers, and this was not it.

Today, was the 2nd time I ever came & I had put in an address change months ago at the Millbrook Post Office & they NEVER forwarded my mail!?? The employee at this P.O. let me know that the reason my mail did NOT get forwarded was because the other place did not see my ID! So, that was great that he let me know this!!!
