  Susan answered the phone I asked a question she answered and when I asked another question she hung up on me! Good customer service I don’t think so. I guess your only allowed one question per car.

  I have had issues with this post office since we have moved to Wedowee. From they can't drive down the driveway because its to steep, to there isn't place to back up, your driveway is to long, to we will loose a transmission because our cars are to old to be going up and down the driveway. Practically everyone here in Wedowee has a long driveway or a steep one. We have made a place for them to be able to turn around, we have confirmed the back up to the turn around is not over their allowed limit. We even put a pool deck box in our neighbors yard so they can just deliver packages there without having to come down the driveway. It's been one lie after another, 7:30am updating no secure location to deliver packages! they haven't even left to start delivering packages. I am tired of the carriers picking and choosing whose driveway they want to go up and down. The staff inside are absolutely rude and very condescending. Do better! We deserve to have our mail delivered and deserve the truth!

  If I could give negative numbers, I would! Never in my lifetime have I experienced such terrible service. Total waste of time and effort in sending and receiving mail. Counter folks blame it all on the carriers but it seems like some of those that run this "post office" are working with a half-baked loaf of bread, at best.

  Nice people small post office.....but i am baffled that at 11:30-1:30 you're closed for lunch....? I have attempted 3 times this week to obtain a package that I have to sign for also the note was left in my mailbox about the package saying ”sorry we missed you while you were out”..... Umm I was home that day... All day..... and no one came to my door and knocked on it to even try to deliver the package that needed to be signed for.... It has been impossible to obtain my package when you close for lunch for 2 hours and then you close at 4:30 pm during the week.... Most people have to handle their personal business during their lunch break (11:30-1:30) and for the entire post office to be closed so that you can not conduct any business is just unheard of..... Then by the time you get off work 4:30...... You're closed again..... What gives? We're not in the stone age anymore...... Be available when your signs say your open so that you can serve people....
