- VHVirginia HolcombJul 2, 20265.0This post office is a great one! They are efficient, kind, and helpful. They also have a great selection of stamps which is part of why we went in. Brittany was the lady who helped my friend and I at checkout and she was so kind! We wanted to look at which stamps they had in stock and she patiently helped us find the ones we wanted to purchase. We came back by today- just 5 days later to mail a letter and noticed they had a few new stamps on display so we went to look and she had made a binder with all of the available stamps in clear plastic sleeves! This made it easy to look at and she said she made this after we had come by the first time which was so thoughtful! I would recommend this post office to anyone in or near the area! Also- shout out to Brittany our favorite postal worker!!

I needed to pick up my package, but after the way I was treated.. I left. I will go another day. Flabbergasted by her lack of customer service. No greeting, no “have a good day,” nothing. I wondered on my drive home, what could I have done to cause her this severe anger & lack of good service? I walked in and said “Hi, I’m here to pick up a package.” …radio silence. ???? I told her my name.. I have never done this before. Looks at me like I grew another set of eyes on my face. “Sorry, I have never picked up a package before.” “Address?” I’m sorry that my Amazon package being delivered here has caused you such a distress and inconvenience. I left before I got my package. I probably would have been told that I was stupid before leaving.

I know she won't be fired. Probably has some sort of protection. She needs to go. People walk out when they see she's at the front desk. After insulting me and slamming packages on top of envelopes she says, "Go ahead and hit that green button for me." The "Happy with our service" button hahaha. No thank you.
