Hugh was incredibly friendly and helpful-- the most helpful postal worker I have ever encountered. I rarely write reviews, but I have to give him a shoutout because he really went the extra mile to help me track down a missing package and provide as much info as he could find. Thank you!

When you are in a nice part of town and your staff is worse than Bessemer post office you might want to look into it . GO TO UPS TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGES !!! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!@
- TPTerri PMar 17, 20251.0They gave my package away to someone. They acted as if they didn’t care if I got my package or not. No regards to what happened to it or not even a simple apology. I hate having to come to this post office. The customer service from here is terrible . Even the workers that comes to deliver the mail. Please get a whole new staff.
