- GPGrace PSep 11, 20261.0One family of 5 were getting their passports done in front of me. Lady working told everyone in line it’d be an hour wait before she could see anyone in line. I just needed a QR code scanned. I told her that. She told me an hour wait.
- WWWallace WilsonAug 15, 20261.0This is ridiculous. I try and drop off some packages. The sign on door says they are not responsible for packages left outside the door. I hear someone talking on other side of the door. I hit the buzzer and nobody responds. After 10 minutes I say hello and somebody responds "what"! I asked if I could give them a couple packages and total silence. They are sitting on the other side of the door just ignoring me.

We could hear workers inside, and after knocking several times we heard someone say "We closed". Refused to open the doors or respond to the fact that the sign on the door they used to lock us out says they are open until 5 pm. Ridiculous.
