- CMcleara mooreAug 26, 20261.0I am a Tuskegee native and my parent have lived at our home 30 plus years and I have always had mail especially important mail go there but now it’s a problem. I had a CERTIFIED letter come there. No one was there so they left the slip. Slip said available for pick up August 18. August 19 I went to get it from the elm street location. Audrey took the slip but couldn’t find the letter at office so she contacted person on route and they said they’ll deliver it that day. I said cool and informed my parents it was coming. Well it never came still haven’t came. I had my mom go check on it August 25 and Audrey remembered me and told my mom it’s marked as delivered. We both told her it never came so she gave me her supervisor number. Spoke with supervisor and she said it’s marked as delivered and I confirmed no certified mail had been delivered so she said she’ll investigate and took my information . She called me back and asked was it cameras at my parents house and I told her yes and she said she will be out there August 26 to view them. Needless to say she didn’t come at all to view camera footage. Crazy how mail been getting delivered to wrong houses because on Benson and Benner house numbers duplicate but have different street name and if you are not playing attention it will be at the wrong house which has been going on. A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION NEEDS TO BE OPEN ON THIS LOCATION.
