- TWTruth WinsAug 12, 20261.0The Trussville post office SUCKS! I have a return going to a business in Montgomery. Trussville picked it up on Aug 10 and it has not moved - today is the 12th. And you cannot get a person on the phone there - they don’t answer! The USPS sucks as a whole and I will NEVER trust them to send anything of value. I had no choice with this package because it’s the return label I was provided by the business.

The woman just gave me the nastiest look she could, acted like she was going to help but then ignored me as she proceeded to close her register down. I sat there waiting on her. The very nice gentleman, Rico, asked if I was ready and I was so I moved one counter over. He was extremely patient and helpful. Rico deserves a raise! The other lady needs to attend a class on customer service. Thanks Rico
