    Small issue that Laura helped out with and it was a tiny annoyance on my part.- “ I’m just talking to my phone yeah sorry I don’t need a receipt. I just need to know that it scans…” Laura took care of the issue rapidly. And made it so easy! With Ai and technology small business is the place to be! Laura, Tracy did a great job in store and Isabella was stepping up to help the next customer in line. Yall are killing it!

    The lady was by herself ( 6/22/26 aroud 830 am )and she was busy ...most customers had issue with minors stuff and she fix everything with a smile Hard worker ...we need more people like her in the world lf

    During my first & only visit to this store, an employee attached my UPS Overnight label intended for a box of tropical fish onto an Amazon return box; I will note that our boxes were properly labeled “Live Fish” and I even mentioned to the employee how important it was that they reached the appropriate destination, as it was a matter of life & death for the contents. As a result of this negligence, my customer received a dehumidifier and the fish were lost/presumed dead. My small business was forced to refund our customer $407, which was the cost of the fish and UPS Overnight Air. If the self-service kiosk that we tried to use to print the labels would have worked appropriately, none of this would have happened. UPS cost our small business time, money, and a customer who no longer trusts us to ship to them via UPS. During this entire situation, I called the store twice and asked to speak to the manager. Both times, she wasn’t there and both times, a member the staff called me back. Not once did the owner/manager personally call me back but instead, sent emails. I was offered $200, the standard $100 coverage and $100 for the UPS overnight shipping that was paid, not anything above & beyond to rectify the situation. Despite the argument being that we didn’t declare additional value, UPS does not offer insurance or coverage for live animals. I wouldn’t have needed coverage if the package was delivered to the correct recipient. Being busy is not an excuse, nor is not accepting responsibility for a store employee's incompetence. I will be contacting the BBB and a lawyer - perhaps they can “conclusively determine” who the responsible party is since it is OBVIOUSLY not the customer that trusted your store to do your job correctly. Based on your other reviews, it seems like someone needs to do something to improve the way you conduct business and treat your customers. In summary, do not trust this store location to ship anything of value. I've never had an issue from any other UPS store in the state, and we ship fish weekly. Buyer beware!

    They lost our package containing live fish and the fish died. The customer received a dehumidifier instead of what he bought from our store. The customer lives in Texas but was able visit our store. We don’t sell dehumidifiers, and when we reported a problem management insisted it was our fault until they went back and pulled video of their employee putting our label on top of another label. We have to refund the customer $400 and the management of this ups refused to refund the entirety of our loss even though they clearly have proof that it is their fault.
