  Racist UPS you can be standing with a baby on a hip and they will straight ignore you. Even if in the wrong line say something instead of ignoring so unprofessional. Literally I was standing there waiting and skipped me helped the next lady in line that clearly walked in after me.

  My tiny family is going thru a rough patch. Today we had to sign and scan back to a lawyer. Im looking a little ragged. Face blotchy. Your employee, Preston was so compassionate. Efficient and professional but mostly compassionate. God Please Bless Him.... and i hope The UPS Store values him as an employee worthy of promotion. Thank you Preston.

  This place is horrible to do business with. I paid to.ha e items packed since it needed professional packing since it was delicate items. The employee just threw it in a box without even adding any packing materials. When I showed evidence of this the owner told me they were not convinced it was there fault. Just wow. Please do not use this store if you are sending anything of value stay away. Great for a local business to treat people this way. Also anyone that would like to see how they pack and ship.let me know I will be glad to.show video evidence of their work. I didn't even want to write a bad review. Local businesses are few and far between these days. This is probably why because they treat their local customers like they are nothing. Thank you to.the owner who does not want to take responsibility for their employee. Way to have their back. Admitted to me on the phone that her employee didn’t pack up the item like he was suppose too. Then comes on here to tell lies and not take responsibility. Horrible She also stated there isn't any proof that it left the store without be packaged correctly. I guess the video is not proof. I included the video for proof. You guys be the judge. Box came from them the tape came from them. The only thing was they didn't add the packaging like they were suppose too. They also told me that corporate told them to deny it. Another good reason not to do business their. DAY 2 WITHOUT ACCEPTANCE I am extremely disappointed with how this store handled my shipment and subsequent damage claim. I paid to have a watch packed and shipped, but when the recipient opened the package, there was no packing material protecting the watch. I provided the owner with video showing the recipient opening the package and the lack of packing material inside. The watch was damaged in transit, and its movement is now erratic. Despite the video evidence, the owner has refused to accept responsibility for the employee's apparent failure to pack the item properly. The owner also told me by text that corporate advised her to deny responsibility, while maintaining that she does not know what happened after the package left the store. My concern is not only the damaged watch, but also the way the complaint was handled. I expected a business offering professional packing services to investigate the evidence fairly and stand behind the service it sold. Instead, I was left with a damaged watch and no meaningful resolution. Customers shipping valuable or fragile items should carefully document the item's condition, packaging, and entire transaction before using this location. Also if you look at other reviews anytime that their was a problem they say the same thing. Denying responsibility. I would think twice before using any of the services provided by this is store.
