  They NEVER answer the phone. I don't care how many times you call. First thing in the morning or right before closing. Its frustrating. I need a more user friendly post office. Its hard to get packages. I wish I could get my packages at any time. I thought this was what I was paying for.

  Troy post office is located on S. Brundidge. Parking is adequate and convenient. They are going thru problems with routing, the postal clerk was very kind, apologetic and helpful.

  I got the package I needed mailed sent off. It came with a little cheekyness from the post office worker. I needed to have an estimated arrival date because I had two different addresses depending on the arrival date. I was told several times, “You need to write the address on the package first. EVERYTHING IS A PROCESS.” I felt the post office lady was not hearing me. My husband decided to just put the address for the later delivery date dice she could not do that for us.

  The lazy men and women who deliver mail for this post office will find ANY reason to NOT deliver your packages. I had a package from Scentbird that was supposed to be delivered today. I went to check and it said “no access to delivery location”. Seriously?! I live in a house in a neighborhood that is not crowded and is in no way located in a dangerous part of town. On top of that, this package is absolutely small enough to fit in my mailbox. The mailbox doesn’t have anything in the way of it either to warrant them not doing their job. I have had this issue with them far too many times for it to be a mistake.

  I was given two different instructions on how to write addresses on a change of address slip. I got back in line 3 times and saw a different clerk when i’d Get up to the front and was told i’d filled it out incorrectly. She was rude about my hand writing on the form and all around unpleasant. It took me 45 minutes to fill out a change of address form because she’d Send me to the back of the line. When I was 2nd in line for the 3rd time, the clerk told a lady who’d been sent to the back of the line to fix her package slip that she could go in front of me and that she didn’t have to wait in line. I politely mentioned that I wished she’d said something to me about not having to wait again after making minor adjustments to the form and she said, “she forgot”. I’ve seen anything so unprofessional.
