- JAJames Alden2 days ago4.0Troy post office is located on S. Brundidge. Parking is adequate and convenient. They are going thru problems with routing, the postal clerk was very kind, apologetic and helpful.
- INIvonne NorrisJul 3, 20263.0I got the package I needed mailed sent off. It came with a little cheekyness from the post office worker. I needed to have an estimated arrival date because I had two different addresses depending on the arrival date. I was told several times, “You need to write the address on the package first. EVERYTHING IS A PROCESS.” I felt the post office lady was not hearing me. My husband decided to just put the address for the later delivery date dice she could not do that for us.
- MMMattApr 22, 20261.0The lazy men and women who deliver mail for this post office will find ANY reason to NOT deliver your packages. I had a package from Scentbird that was supposed to be delivered today. I went to check and it said “no access to delivery location”. Seriously?! I live in a house in a neighborhood that is not crowded and is in no way located in a dangerous part of town. On top of that, this package is absolutely small enough to fit in my mailbox. The mailbox doesn’t have anything in the way of it either to warrant them not doing their job. I have had this issue with them far too many times for it to be a mistake.
