- BBBrittney BullionAug 13, 20261.0The Sheffield post office is the most poorly ran post in our area. They have created large ruts in my yard numerous times and each time I have filed a complaint online. The last online complaint must have set them over the edge to withhold my mail at the post office, even though this request was never made. We have been having to pick our mail up each week and have left numerous messages for Hakeem along, the post master, to return our phone calls after he asked us to stop filing online complaints against the post office he runs. His counter staff was absolutely rude today and informed me they were returning all my mail to sender and that our address was marked as undeliverable. We have since reached out to escalate our matter to consumer affairs with USPS and hopefully someone there can get this post office, the post master and the horrible staff at the counter in line.
