I had to get a couple money orders and send a few documents and the people working at the front where we’re very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They willingly assisted me and pointed me in the right direction. They definitely deserve big promotions and pay raises. I was unsure of how to go about filling out my money, orders, and what I should do for my documents and then greatly assisted me. The names of the ladies who helped me are:

Rung the bell for 30 minutes then a worker yelled through the door were closed. Went back at 8 am and told them I was trying to verify address and check on a package. He told me to call because they have been sorted it out and won’t let him look in it and to call the 1800# that gave me the information I see on the website. Still couldn’t verify my address so my package will go back and have be shipped out again ….another week and a half. Trash customer service Not like they once was
