- CHClairee HammondsApr 7, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. My main mail carrier is great. She never mis-delivers. However, there are random carriers who will deliver packages, and occasionally normal mail, that mis-deliver every single time. The title to my vehicle was delivered to the wrong mailbox and was never recovered. 50% of the time, my packages are mis-delivered and never recovered. I am never able to get a refund unless it’s Amazon because the carrier always scans the package as delivered and retail companies use that as proof of delivery. I’ve tried going to the office in person and calling to obtain proof of delivery and am never able to get proof. I’ve lost so much money because of this office. My home is on a main road. My mailbox is clearly marked with my address. My home is clearly marked. But none of that matters, my packages are still lost 50% of the time.
