- TRTiffany RApr 22, 20241.0Here to echo the review below me. I dropped off a package that seemingly disappeared. When I went to inquire about it, the response was basically "too bad so sad" and they told me they're not required to scan packages so just expect them not to get scanned. Isn't scanning packages your literal job? What is the purpose of a tracking number if you just don't scan it because you don't want to? It finally showed up on tracking TWENTY ONE DAYS after I dropped it off. So I guess it just sat there the entire time and I'm already out the money for it. They couldn't have handled it worse if they had tried. And to be clear, the usual worker here is wonderful. The person that "helped" me came from the Alabaster post office which I quit using over a year ago because they already lost other packages of mine and also did not care back then about what a terrible job they were doing. So I guess now that hot mess of a place is plaguing the only decent post office we have. Highly unfortunate.
