I’ve never had an issue with UPS, always liked their services but this location was a convenience to where I was headed so I dropped off my items, spoke about which bag would be better to purchase, paid, got my receipt and left. They gave me a 24 he turn around time, at max 48hrs. I checked on the shipping for my item and it says that the label was only created and the items were never dropped off!!?! Mind you, I created the label IN STORE and handed it to the worker to bag. She bagged it and taped it in FRONT OF ME then gave me my receipt! I tried calling them Thursday when I first realized this, and UPS customer service tried calling their store and we could never get a hold of them. We called them a few times. Friday I called & got the call answered, they took my info, and said the package must have gotten lost, it’s too early to file a claim. No help at all, no answers. I’ll just learn my lesson, file a claim and keep away from this place.

Not only did I buy what I needed but felt I had met some friends. Had to return today and they remembered not only me but what I had purchased the day before. Great customer service. Friendly owners and staff. My go to place from now on.
