- HSHolli SilbaughSep 17, 20261.0There was a fire next door and instead of serving customers, EVERY employee left the building just to watch. Completely unprofessional. The only saving grace was a kind lady in the back who tried helping me, but was limited due to her authorization. I’ll go to a different USPS moving forward, since it doesn’t save me time even being closer and most of the employees are not customer focused.

The services rendered by this office are unacceptable when putting it mildly, and completely outrageous and infuriating in reality. I don't know how many more times I can handle a delivery being rejected for incomplete address, ZIP code or whatever automated excuse they can generate and regurgitate up in the app. When I pick the mail up the address portions are completely legible with no readability issues. Not sure if it is laziness, incompetence or other. Being forced to deal with this office and its personnel is an outrage.
