    It is ashame that while the cost of service continues to rise, the quality of service rapidly declines. Front desk service is usually not too bad depending on who's working, but there is definitely service issues with this location beyond the desk or overall. Management fails to understand and adhere to policies. I have had issues for years but within the last 6 months, I have had more incidents where I did not receive my packages at all or my packages were not available to me in a timely fashion after delivery by 3rs party. They also fail to scan packages delivered to locker or mailbox, which they have done over the years but suddenly stopped. Why would USPS continue to raise the cost of services and put these policies in place but not do what they agreed to do?

    Mailbox key hole has been broken for 2 weeks now and every time I say something it’s a different excuse staff don’t know what they are doing

    Extremely unhappy with mail delivery and lack of customer service. Someone parked near my mailbox the carrier opted not to deliver my mail despite that I was standing in my garage and watched her drive by. If she had looked up to see me or hadn’t had earphones in while driving to hear me call to her, I could have gone to her to get my package. Now I have to wait two more days for redelivery because there is no direct phone number to the local branch and the automated system won’t put me through to an agent. Absolutely ridiculous.
