I still think this is a great location to go to send,& return packages. And Ive also used their Notary Public service before.So I'm giving them 4 🌟

The moment we moved to the female representative’s line, he returned, stared at us, and attempted to help other customers instead. It was so obvious that even other customers noticed and acknowledged what was happening. No customer should be treated as though they are intentionally being ignored or refused service. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. UPS management needs to address this employee’s behavior.
