I just want to know if it’s standard USPS policy to deliver mail and packages this way. (See photos). Especially when it rains almost everyday or dishonest people come by. This happens all the time at my house. I have complained but it doesn’t do any good it just gets worse. I also don’t receive important mail at times which leads me to believe it’s pay back for complaining. Any suggestions on how to get proper service? If my mail carrier can crush the package enough to get at least a portion of the box, etc… in our mailbox (which is now damaged from forcing in packages) our carrier does so. There is no way for them to know what’s inside the box that they are crushing. Maybe something irreplaceable. If you don’t want to do your job properly, get another job. Again any suggestions? Oh and also there are small trees crammed in the mailbox as well.

Literally one of the worst experiences one person can have. It is all because of the single male employee. His name is Ronnie Robinson. It is my opinion he has the female employees intimidated, hates people in general and hates caucasian people especially. It is insulting to have to be waited on by him. I find him to be a detriment to all thimgs positive about the USPS. It is my opinion he should be fired. I will be contacting the Postmaster General, my congressman and starting a petition and web page in am attempt to see that he is removed from customer contact at minimum. These are my personal opinions as based on my personal experience with Ronnie Robinson.
