Normally, going to the post office can mean a long line and a lot of frustration, but today was completely different thanks to the manager, Jasmine Jackson. Jasmine was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional, and genuinely warm. Her positive attitude and bright personality truly made my day better. She went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one, and her exceptional customer service was so impressive that I actually ended up buying more stamps and mailers than I originally needed! Jasmine is absolutely incredible, and USPS is very lucky to have someone like her representing their organization. Employees like Jasmine make a real difference in the customer experience. Thank you, Jasmine, for turning what I expected to be a frustrating errand into such a wonderful experience!

The lady that was working with glasses, she's African American, which doesn't mean anything what I mean is I'm trying to describe who was helping me, she's got a smile that could light up the night sky, she's as sweet as she can be, super helpful, was in a pleasant mood. I hope she's there every time I have to mail something off

- TFTC FultzJul 13, 20181.0on 7-13-18 went in to pick up a package,the man at the desk said if the package came in it would have been delivered. i asked the lady at the counter to look anyway, she did reluctantly and found it. as i was leaving the man at the desk asked her where she found it she told him and his comment was we are not going to do that again.next time i will ask for a supervisor instead of dealing with them.
