Worst customer service you'll ever have. On multiple occasions the blonde lady at the counter is as rude as can be. The others are great, but if you get this one particular employee be prepared for rudeness.

I am disabled, my mail delivery driver got switched. I recieve A lot of packages as it is eaiser for me.This new driver started off pulling up to my house blowing the horn , I get the excuse its for dogs. My daughter goes out runs downstairs gets the packages. The next time he honks coming up the driveway! He drives way to fast, he's not paying for my gravel. Then 3rd day lays on the horn over over and over again. My daughter isn't here,he sets my mail and packages on my grill, not the table...the grill!!! Today, I get a message packages delivered .. This sho ed in my mailbox!!! My daughter almost fell trying to get them out!!! All twisted up and shoved in togather!! I don't have a special mailbox!!!!! This is absurd!

Rude hateful service from the lady at the front desk and the postmaster. They will not deliver mail to my lot because a mobile home was moved from it but I am still living on the lot. So I have to do a change of address to have my mail delivered to a mailbox on the same post as mine! They throw packages in the yard when they do deliver. Tax dollars hard at work here!

Most of the clerk's are just fine. Shelia ruins it for the whole post, though. She never wears her mask properly. She is ALWAYS rude and short with customers that she doesn't know or who aren't overly friendly with her. We've watched her bully and talk down to many customers over the years...she has no business working with the public. I'm leaving a review now because things seem to be getting worse. I recently witnessed Shelia checking a customer out, and insinuating to another employee that bad things happen to some people's packages. Obviously the customers in line would assume that she was referring to the package that she was currently processing. We have never had a problem with our delivery...just our encounters with Shelia. She should not work with the public.
