- RFRock FishAug 17, 20261.0Very Poor! Just recently the Pelham Post Office delivered my Alabama Power bill on Friday when it was due on Monday. Obviously 3 days to deliver any payment to a business is totally insufficient when 2 of those 3 days are Saturday and Sunday. I had waited about 10 days for them to deliver the bill to me, so they had certainly put me in jeopardy of being charged a late fee if I relied on them to deliver my payment. Instead I had to drive to a local Alabama Power office to deliver my payment in person myself.
