- SMSabino MoralesMay 5, 20261.0Since January,I have had a box of humanitarian aid—originally destined for Ukraine—go astray in Africa. They sent it to the wrong location; furthermore,they miscopy my information every time I call to assert my rights. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!
- MMMichelle MApr 21, 20261.0I called ahead to confirm whether I could get a passport photo taken and specifically asked if an appointment was required. I was told I could walk in without one. Based on that information, I drove 30 minutes to this location—only to be told when I arrived that passport photos are by appointment only. That means I wasted an hour round trip because of incorrect information given over the phone. To make matters worse, there were multiple people already waiting, including some with appointments who had been there for quite a while due to what I was told is a new employee still learning. I understand that new staff need time to get up to speed, but giving out inaccurate information causes real inconvenience for customers. If you’re unsure, please take the time to verify instead of providing the wrong answer. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time.
