Beau at the print department was irritated and rude. He didn’t want to refund me for pages that were messed up but when he finally agreed to he only wanted to give me half the price of the refund. He finally gave me the full refund I deserved but was not happy and was aggravated. When I said thank you, he didn’t respond. Very unprofessional.

This is my regular and closest Staples. But either my color choice of file folders, post-its, Hanging folders, and 2 Pocket Portfolio Covers is EVERYBODY ELSE'S too, or they have a serious problem with inventory control. I look online before I go, if it says "can be ready in 30 minutes", that would make you think they have plenty in stock or atleast 1 in stock. I've never come out of that store with everything on my list. I'm just going to start ordering online and having it delivered. I keep going there, because they have the exact color Portfolio Covers that I need. Nobody else does...

Supposedly a Amazon return place yet if you get there 5 mins to close the large black guy that was playing on his phone refused to do amazon returns stating they were about to close and had other things to do. There were 3 of us waiting to do a return. Very unprofessional. He told another customer that was walking in we close in 2 minutes what can I help you with. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE IFHOURS SAY YOU ARE OPEN RATHER 1 MORE MIN OR 10 YOU TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME NOT STATE YOUR HOURS. THAT'S HOW YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS IN A HEARTBEAT. HE DOESN'T WANT TO WORK FIRE HIM PLENTY OF PEOPLE THAT NEED JOBS AND WILL TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND NOT BASICALLY RUN THEM OUT OF THE STORE
