First of all, this is the biggest staples I’ve seen in years. Many of them have split half of their stores, but this one is still full-sized. They’ve integrated a portion of party city after their demise, which accounts for a few aisles and some counter space. They’ve got a huge selection of everything you could possibly ever imagine that you would need in any sized office, and I always appreciate that. Sure, it’s easy to order online, but when you need something right away, or you want a touch and feel experience with things like furniture or laptops, this is still the best way to do it. They have integrated Amazon returns in the store, and when we got there, just after opening, there was quite a line on this weekday. Staff of two seemed a little grumpy that they had to deal with this, but they handled it efficiently and effectively. Not sure if it’s like this every day or we just came on a strange day.

this staples is not it, when i was having issues getting my business cards printed staples was the only one to do it right, but not this location. i put in an order online for stickers and triple checked the proof *as you do before they’re printed* i go in and they’re printed all wonky, happens, i get it. after 4 reprints and traveling all the way out here im getting eyes rolled in my face and papers slapped on the counter. all for me asking for my stickers to be centered? after all the print fails my best friend behind the counter asks me “so which ones you keeping.” girl…none of them 🤣 i put my other purchases back and left. if you have to be around others, be pleasant.
