- DBDipen Brahmbhatt5 days ago1.0I was their routine customer till today. They have refused me for tapping the label on the box. I know usps does have sleeves you can put label and that goes on box but that lady was very rude and racist towards me. Just because I have brown skin, she treated me so badly and that’s very sad for business. I own ups stores so I can understand the value for business. You lost a good customer today.

Rude service, rushed me out and didn’t process what I needed. Fix your hours of operation online so customers don’t rush from work expecting postal services just to receive rudeness!!
