- BBBrandon BraudApr 10, 20261.0Robot can hear only tracking packeges. Big bug that needs to be fixed! Couldn't get a human due to robot only here me say track a package. I never once asked to track any kind of package. Just maybe listen to yall's own robot to understand because this is pittyful
- JCJessyka ColvinJul 25, 20231.0The new mail carrier is even worse than the old mail carrier. Any package I am supposed to receive never gets delivered unless it can fit in the mailbox. UPS, FedEx, and Amazon never have a problem going down my driveway and dropping my packages on the porch, but whoever this new person is always leaves an orange note with "driveway" listed as the reason they couldn't deliver it. Tell my why that little tan SUV style vehicle can't go down my driveway but a little hatchback Honda can? It's just laziness. I use delivery for the convenience and this new mail carrier is making it extremely difficult by not wanting to do their actual job.
