  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store while trying to have a document notarized. The employee assisting me, Whit, was extremely rude and unprofessional. His demeanor and the way he interacted with me made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout what should have been a simple transaction. Customer service matters, especially when someone is coming in for a professional service like notarization. I did not appreciate the way I was treated at all. Based on my experience, I really think management should address how customers are being spoken to and treated. Unfortunately, this experience would make me think twice about returning to this location.

  Friendliest UPS store I have ever visited. I needed my Will notarized and they knew exactly what to do in a timely fashion. And it was very affordable. I was expecting to pay Up to $40 but only paid $14. Seven dollars per stamp. And come to find out the lady that helped us also went to high school with us. We left with our needs met and happy. I recommend this To everyone and anyone. I work for the United States Postal Service. But I have been here several times and always been a delight. Thank you very much.

  Driver is so lazy that they deliver our packages to our business. Instead they claim we refused delivery. We are a restaurant with plenty of staff. Pure incompetence.
